Vulnerability is not weakness; it’s our greatest measure of courage. –Dr. Brene Brown
“In my work as a counselor I seek to understand that counseling requires one to be vulnerable. To share your innermost thoughts and feelings with another individual can be intimidating. My goal is to make clients feel as comfortable as possible with the process of therapy. I think it is also important to remember that it is incredibly brave to seek help when you need it.
I enjoy working with individuals of all ages as well as couples. I am especially familiar with issues surrounding anxiety and depression. I also enjoy helping clients through life transitions such as starting college and/or exploring career options.”
In her free time, Jade enjoys spending time with her husband, Jon, and her rescue dog, Ginger Lee. She enjoys hiking, meditation, movies, and music.
