“I believe it is important to look at the whole person, not just the presenting concerns. I am passionate about helping individuals to get to know their inner truth and the emotions associated with that process. I believe that every person is capable of growth, and I consider it an honor and privilege to walk alongside clients as they go through that journey.
I am a masters level intern pursuing my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Belmont University. I have been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Basic Level. I use a mixture of humanistic, psychodynamic and solution focus approaches for adapting to each of my client’s needs.
I am a Nashville native and a huge Nashville Predators fan. During my free time, I enjoy being outside, especially on the rivers and lakes Tennessee has to offer. Fly fishing is my passion and my form of meditation and self care.”
