I believe it is my life’s professional calling to provide the best possible care to individuals, couples, and families seeking to address mental health issues, relationship issues, difficult transitions, or other concerns. I have had the opportunity to pursue advanced trainings in trauma-informed treatment modalities in order to be able to further provide quality care.
At my core, I consider it a gift to walk alongside people as they work through the obstacles in their lives and approach each session with the goal of providing a comprehensive, empirically supported, approach to care and wellbeing. Further, I truly believe that each person, no matter their story, is worth supporting.
I have a Master’s of Divinity which allows me to competently integrate a faith-based perspective into counseling for those who are interested.
