We live and work in diverse communities, encountering people of varying faiths, ethnicity, and economic status. The generosity of individuals, congregations, corporations, and foundations allow us to provide financial assistance to those in our community who would otherwise be unable to afford care.

Connect your Kroger Plus card
If you shop at Kroger, you can earn rewards for Insight on qualifying purchases made using your Kroger Plus Card — an easy way to help bring mental, emotional, and spiritual wholeness to your neighbors in Middle Tennessee! There are just a few steps to set it up on the front end:
1. Visit www.kroger.com/communityrewards.
2. Sign in to your online account, or create an account.
3. Scroll down to Community Rewards and click “Link your shopper’s card.”
4. Search for Insight Counseling Centers (PA612). Select and click “Enroll.”
5. Shop at Kroger and scan your Plus Card as usual upon checkout.
Sell on eBay for Charity
When you list your item on eBay, look for “Donate a portion to charity.” Add us as your charity and pick your donation percentage before finalizing your listing. Please note: We’re listed under our legal name, Pastoral Counseling and Consultation Centers of Tennessee, Inc. (Charity Id: 264080)
Designate through United Way
- Determine if your workplace allows United Way Contributions.
- Sign up through your employer using designation code 8001.
- Encourage family and co-worker to also designate for Insight Counseling Centers.
Check with your employer about matching gifts
- Check with the Human Resources Department of your current employer (or former employer, if you are retired) to see if they match contributions.
- Fill out your company’s appropriate paperwork.
- Insight Counseling Centers could receive matching funds within 30 days!

Host a cottage party with your friends
One of the most fun ways to donate also helps build community! Gather your friends, coworkers, and acquaintances for an event at your home or another venue of your choosing. You’ll provide the atmosphere (food, drinks, etc.), we’ll provide information about Insight’s work, and your guests will have an opportunity to make a contribution.
