I am a prelicensed counselor at Insight Counseling Centers and hold an Education Specialist degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I believe that beginning counseling can be one of the hardest, but also one of the most rewarding, parts of life. Each person’s emotional and mental wellness is invaluable. I commend those who seek help and personal growth and believe that this should be celebrated!
I feel honored taking part in the counseling experience with my clients. I strive to help them feel safe, unconditionally understood, and empowered. I use a client-centered approach to allow them to develop their own goals that feel meaningful to them and that align with their values. I am passionate in providing acceptance and grace to each individual. I have learned first-hand that genuine connection lays the foundation for authenticity with oneself and others. This connection then allows for personal and relational restoration and abundance.
