I am completing a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a certificate in Adventure-Based Counseling through Prescott College. I believe that life is like a choose-your-own adventure book. Everybody has a story. You are the author, and you get to write, or re-write, that story at any point. As a person who once struggled to turn the page, I can see how this is actually a great gift I have now in helping others find the light through dark passages. We grow through what we go through. We each have the power to be the best version of ourselves and to discover a life worth living. I try to help my clients find that, starting with developing a genuine, authentic, and deep connection with everyone I work with. I have a passion for working with children and teens, but I also love working with adults at various life stages and challenges.
When I am not in the office, you can find me riding horses, walking my dog, hiking, camping, doing yoga, working on the farm, or engaging in multi-media art projects. I love to infuse nature, creativity, and animals or equines in my work. These experiential modalities help us to heal mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually along the path towards our higher self-discovery. I look forward to meeting you there.
