“I believe it is the role of the therapist to provide a safe space for clients that will allow them room to grow and gain insight into achieving their life goals. The therapeutic relationship should be one of mutual trust and respect that fosters the ability to navigate day-to-day struggles and restore balance and healing to those who are suffering.
I work with individuals, families, couples, and young children. I have had great success with children through various play therapy modalities, and I enjoy exploring the various dynamics between couples and families. I apply an integrated approach with a primary focus on cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic, and traditional psychodynamic theories.
The therapeutic process may help renew connection in relationships, understand past traumas, or simply face the challenges of daily living. I look forward to speaking with you.”
