Elizabeth is a counseling intern at Insight Counseling Centers, pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lipscomb University. She believes that one person’s commitment to healing impacts others in a major way, ultimately bettering families, workplaces, friend groups, and faith communities through a ripple effect. Elizabeth utilizes humanistic and existential approaches to therapy, tailoring the therapeutic process to the needs and desires of each individual client. She strives to be a source of encouragement, support, and empathy to her clients as they begin working towards their goals. She is passionate about empowering others to make choices that reflect their personal values and authentic selves, enabling them find a sense of purpose and agency in their lives.
In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys spending quality time with friends and investing in her faith community. She loves cooking new recipes, appreciating the arts, and exploring new restaurants and coffee shops. Some of her other hobbies include hiking, crafting, swimming, and reading.
