I am a graduate of Lipscomb University’s Clinical Mental Health program pursuing licensure as an LPC-MHSP. I’ve worked in the addictions field and am thrilled to bring that piece of expertise to better serve clients at Insight Counseling Centers. I believe that everyone deserves to feel unconditional self-love and live a self-actualized life. I’ve found mental health counseling is a vital piece of the puzzle that brings true healing for all people.
Recovering from all types of pain begins with connection. I aim to create a safe space where my clients can be their authentic selves, feel heard, and be supported unconditionally. This is the foundation upon which I build my therapeutic work.
In addition, I’ve found that my personal experience recovering from addiction and mental health struggles has allowed me a deeper understanding and relationship with my clients experiencing their own struggles. In my spare time you can find me singing in a women’s barbershop chorus, baking, spending time with loved ones, or simply cuddling on the sofa with our cats and dog!
