Hello! We are all perfectly imperfect human beings and deserve to take a step back from the challenges that life throws our way and simply breathe! I consider myself to be a person-centered clinician that borrows from a variety of therapeutic intervention to aid in helping you be the best version of yourself!
I provide a safe space for those seeking solutions to life challenges with creative and effective strategies. Together we can explore your strengths as well as areas that would like to strengthen in order to build a strong foundation that provides opportunity for happiness, healing and overall wellness. I specialize in addiction, trauma recovery, relationship concerns, issues facing BIPOCC and LGBTQ populations and their families. If you are age 13 through adult and would like to learn healthier ways to cope in this scary and unpredictable world; give me a call, we can tackle these things together.
