I have a passion for helping others understand themselves, their emotions, and the options they have to move forward in health and wellness. From developing coping capacity, to improving communication skills, or even just having a space to verbalize life’s experiences, Therapy should be a space that you can come as you are, get what you need, and leave feeling more capable and empowered to take your next step.
In my free time, I dance, hang out with my tribe, take on creative projects, and listen to an obscene number of audiobooks(yes, I have recommendations). Expression, authentic connection, and vulnerability are key in living out my values.
