Hi, I’m Antonitte Mashburn, and I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and respected. I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative, nonjudgmental, and centered around your goals. My approach focuses on helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and improve relationships while working through anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and emotional challenges. I strive to meet each client where they are and support them in making meaningful progress at a pace that feels comfortable. My goal is to help you feel empowered, confident, and equipped with tools you can use in everyday life.
