Hi, I’m Kritzia Munoz, and I am a counseling intern who is passionate about making mental health care more accessible and creating a space where everyone feels seen, heard, and understood. As a Spanish speaker, I am especially passionate about supporting individuals and families in Latino communities and helping create a space where language does not have to be a barrier to receiving support. I know that life transitions and challenges can sometimes leave us questioning who we are, where we are going, or who we are expected to be. I believe that each person deserves the freedom to explore their experiences, values, and hopes and to create an identity that feels authentic to who they are, not simply who others expect them to be. We are all human who face struggles, and I hope I can empower you throughout your journey.
