I am passionate about supporting couples and families, military members and veterans, and those navigating the effects of PTSD and trauma. I graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor’s degree in 2020 and am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in Trauma at National University. My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative.
I believe that each person carries unique strengths and resilience, and I work collaboratively with clients to foster a non-judgmental environment where growth and healing can flourish. My holistic approach addresses overall health — mental, physical, and spiritual — to support balanced well-being in every aspect of life. Together, we can explore what works best for you, creating a path toward the growth and balance you seek.
