Welcome! We all need someone to hold space and walk with us on our healing journey. I believe healing happens when people feel safe, seen, and supported. I help individuals navigate life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and identity-related challenges to integrate who they are from a wholistic stance. My work focuses on creating a non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and sense of purpose. My goal is to walk alongside you as you build clarity, resilience, and a more authentic connection to yourself and your life. I also have a heart to work with clergy and other mental health professionals.
