I believe every person carries the capacity for growth, healing, and connection. With over 20 years of experience in higher education as a teacher, administrator, and leadership coach, I now bring that same dedication into my work as a counseling intern. My approach is relational and whole-person centered, honoring the unique lived experience of each person. I offer a compassionate, supportive space where you can slow down, notice what matters, and move toward greater clarity, balance, and self-acceptance. Together, we uncover patterns, deepen understanding, and create room for healing in the here and now.
