Hi, I’m Lindsay. Glad you’re here. I’d be honored to accompany you on this sacred path you are on. We are not meant to walk alone—in fact, we’re biologically wired for connection! Reaching out makes sense, especially when we’re going through hard things, what used to work or make sense is failing us, or when the load just feels too heavy. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and replete with creativity and humor, or what the writer, Anne Lamott, calls “carbonated holiness”. From a clinical standpoint, my approach would be considered trauma-informed, attachment-based, and whole-heartedly relational. Let’s face what’s hurt your heart or drained your spirit together. I can bet you’ve got some deep wisdom just waiting to be cultivated.
I might be a good fit for you if you’d like some support with emotional regulation, tough relationships, grief/loss, life/job transitions, anxiety, depression, identity alignment, spirituality and/or religious trauma, or the ineffable.
I am also a certified yoga teacher, former basketball player, and musician/songwriter who loves a good story. Looking very much forward to hearing yours.
