Therapy can be a place to slow down and make sense of what has been feeling difficult, overwhelming, or hard to put into words. You do not need to have everything figured out before you come in. I aim to offer a space where you can feel comfortable being honest about what you are experiencing, without judgment or pressure to be any particular way.
My approach is grounded in kindness and curiosity. You know yourself and your life better than anyone else, and I see my role as helping you look at your experiences from different perspectives, notice things that may be difficult to see on your own, and understand yourself more deeply. Together, we can explore patterns that may no longer be helpful and look at where they come from, what keeps them going, and how they show up in your life. With greater awareness comes the possibility of responding differently.
I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, postpartum anxiety and depression, the transition to motherhood, and struggles around eating and body image. I hope therapy can be a space where you can better understand yourself and your relationships, reconnect with what matters to you, and make choices that feel more intentional and meaningful.
