I felt like I needed help, having some extra outlets to be able to express those frustrations and be able to make them into something constructive."
Insight Counseling Centers is presenting Restoration Experience, a free 90-minute conference taking place on Saturday, Oct. 5, 2019 at 7:30 pm at The Well Coffeehouse in Brentwood. The aim of the event is to acknowledge that hurt and isolation sometimes occur in faith communities, and to give people much-needed resources for moving forward.
