Welcome! I’m so proud of you for considering therapy as a way to overcome your obstacle. My name is Christina, and I have Master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health and Crisis Response & Trauma. Sometimes life throws more on you than you can handle. But don’t worry, I have a variety of ways to help you achieve your goals. I am trained to assist with grief, trauma, addictions, relational issues, conflict resolution skills building, OCD, anxiety/depression, career counseling, ADHD, and more. I believe in creating a respectful space for you to talk about your issues, and then we work together to create solutions that specifically fit you. You are a wonderfully unique person! That’s why you are in control of your sessions to provide vital feedback about your interventions. I will assist you by providing research-backed approaches that have been shown to help others with similar issues. I look forward to seeing you soon. Together, we can do this!
