I am passionate about advocating for others, and my own experiences with therapy have shaped my journey to becoming a counselor. Having a loved one with autism, and being neurodivergent myself, motivates me to support others in the neurodivergent community. I also find fulfillment in working with clients who have gone through religious abuse and those who experience chronic illness. I focus on helping older teens and adults from a trauma-informed perspective. I truly believe that connection is a powerful source of healing, although it can often feel disrupted during stressful times. Those broken connections with ourselves and our loved ones can make things even harder. This is why I work to create a warm and welcoming environment in our counseling sessions, where we can work together to rebuild those connections. I am dedicated to understanding and respecting diverse cultures and cherish the therapeutic relationship, partnering closely with my clients to help them reach their goals while taking care of their overall well-being. Outside of counseling, I love to travel and explore the mountains with my family. You can also find me reading, painting, or playing with my dogs!
