"At the time, I had been looking for a new therapist. I tried doing things on my own for a little bit, which went okay, and then I started really struggling again. I was looking up therapists in the area, and that's when I came across Insight. I thought, 'Okay, this will be good.' I really liked the Christian aspect of the counseling because that helped, being a Christian myself. I know that in the church, there's a lot of stigma about mental health, so it really helped that I was able to talk about that with the therapist."
