My name is Courtney, and I am a counseling intern who is passionate about creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I believe that each person is the expert of their own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as you navigate challenges, build insight, and work toward meaningful change. My counseling approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, focusing on helping you recognize your resilience while developing practical tools for growth and healing.
