You are a whole person, not simply the sum of your problems or symptoms. My aim is to support your growth and aspirations as you move toward greater authenticity, healing, resilience, and connectedness. I offer nonjudgmental listening and compassionate collaboration as you connect with your strengths and make empowered choices for your life.
Currently, I am completing a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Lindsey Wilson College. In addition to being a counselor-in-training, I am a spiritual director, a mother of five, and a grandmother of three. I delight in family, nature, and the beauty of friendships. I began my professional life as a physical therapist, and then later moved with my young family to East Africa, where I helped develop programs to address critical shortages in anesthesia care for 23 years. Along the way, my diverse life experiences deepened my passion for expanding access to compassionate, holistic, and trauma-informed mental health care.
