Carol Smith, M.Div., LMFT | Carol Smith is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in the State of Tennessee and serves as Director of Clinical Services & Training at Insight Counseling Centers. In addition to a Master of Marriage & Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University, Carol holds a Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. In her therapy practice, she seeks to meet clients and students where they are and walk with them on their journey toward wholeness. Acceptance, encouragement, exhortation, and faith are gifts she offers as she joins clients in the process of finding their way through their current experience.

Dwight Hughes, D.Min., LMFT | Dwight Hughes holds a Doctor of Ministry in Counseling from Wesley Theological Seminary and a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Belmont University. Dwight practices therapy in Texas, where he takes great delight in guiding clients, especially religious and professional leaders, to new levels of potential despite the challenges, stressors, or traumas they might be experiencing. The core emphasis of his work is in the area of couple relationships (premarital counseling, relationship enrichment, and infidelity). Having experienced both professional and relational successes and setbacks in his 55-year journey, it is easy for Dwight to embody hope and identify with a wide range of individuals regardless of worldview or sexual orientation. Dwight believes new levels of healing and inner strength are always available to all clients if they would but walk through the door.
