Free Webinar: Self-Sabotage

Self-sabotaging behaviors create problems for us in daily life and ultimately prevent us from achieving our long-standing goals. The most common self-sabotaging behaviors include procrastination, self-medication with drugs or alcohol, comfort eating, and forms of self-injury such as cutting. In this webinar, Dr. Amanda W. Myers teaches us how to identify our self-sabotaging behaviors and shares tools for overcoming them.

Presenter: Amanda W. Myers, Ph.D., is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and sees clients at Insight Counseling Centers’ office in Murfreesboro. She holds a Masters degree in Child Development & Family Studies from Middle Tennessee State University and a Doctorate in Family Sciences from University of Kentucky. She enjoys working with clients of all ages and has exceptional compassion, experience, and research skills for children with special needs, people who are fighting to be free from their obesity and food addictions (especially in the context of weight loss surgery), and college students who are trying to find their place in the world.
