Free Training: Exploring Mental Fitness

Friday, March 31 from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm (Central) at Forest Hills Baptist Church

Insight Counseling Centers hosts a Fifth Friday Mental Health Training on Exploring Mental Fitness: Understanding Your Inner Judge and Its Sneaky Saboteurs | Strengthening Your Sage.

Did you know everyone has an inner judge? Even you? Each person’s judge is supported by sneaky Saboteurs. Shirzad Chamine, best-selling author and creator of the Positive Intelligence/Mental Fitness program has identified nine Saboteurs that exist to some degree in all of us. And while we all have an inner judge, one person’s “top saboteurs” will be different from another’s.  Our Saboteurs trigger each other and support conflict within families, workplaces, and organizations.

Join Insight Counseling Centers for this three-hour workshop and learn how to weaken your Saboteurs and strengthen your God-given inner Sage. You will learn the Positive Intelligence/Mental Fitness program’s five Sage “superpowers” and how to apply them to your everyday life. Imagine how much better we would be at building community if everyone at the table were in Sage mode!

Knowing your top Saboteurs in advance of the session will support you in your learning. Here is the link: Saboteurs | Positive Intelligence

Insight Counseling Centers’ Fifth Friday Mental Health Training Series is funded by the Robert & Anne Zelle Fund for Health of The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee.
