I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Supervisor at Insight Counseling Center. I specialize in working with adults and couples on relationship stresses, anxiety, and trauma. I take a collaborative approach to therapy and tailor sessions to what my clients need. I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma Therapy in my practice. I also do premarital counseling. My interests include playing tennis and golf, cooking, reading, and spending time with family and my Beagle.
