Stress, Burnout, and (Not) You
Friday, September 29 from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm at the Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library
Free Workshop
Stress is a normal part of living, but when we carry it with us, life gets heavy. This free workshop is designed to teach participants about the risk factors and early warning signs of the kinds of stress that lead to compassion fatigue and burnout, how to heal from the burdens of undue residual or cumulative stress, and what to do to prevent stress from sticking to you. If you want to take a deep dive into how stress is affecting your life and what to do about it, this is for you. All are welcome and parents, students, first responders, veterans, teachers, therapists, and social workers are all encouraged to attend.
Insight Counseling Centers’ Fifth Friday Mental Health Training Series is funded by the Robert & Anne Zelle Fund for Health of The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee.
