I love what I do. I’ve seen it improve lives around me including my own. My responsibility is not to change people, but to facilitate a space where change has the most potential.
I believe in mind/body health. The brain and body systems that process emotions are clandestinely connected in every way. Everyone is a collection of their personal and social relationships. Our health is a consequence of those experiences.
My goal is to help the client find peace within themselves and the world, to triumph over the inevitable challenges they face. I believe victory starts with courage and self compassion. My commitment to you is to be curious by striving for a deep understanding and having a sensitivity to the emotions attached to your experiences.
