I have a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Mississippi and graduated from Lipscomb University earning my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2022.
I am passionate about working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, life transitions, somatic symptoms, and more. I am a believer of the mind, body, and soul connection and understand that mental health symptoms can arise in all three domains. Therefore, I work to recreate balance and equilibrium within the individual as a whole. I aim to create a safe, judgment-free environment that welcomes all parts of the client into the room.
I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to counseling. I believe that each approach is as unique as each client. I invite each of my clients to share with me what has worked and what has not worked in the past. I strive to provide my clients with a toolbox of skills that work well for them individually. I am patient and I am motivated and, together, we will keep ‘trying on’ different approaches until we find one that fits.
