Hello, I’m a passionate mental health counselor from Newark, NJ, with a background in Sociology from the University of Arizona and ongoing studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. My journey, including service in the U.S. Military and experience in social work with the Department of Family and Children Services in Georgia, has deeply informed my empathetic, client-centered approach. I focus on understanding each individual’s unique experiences, utilizing effective modalities to support those facing behavioral and emotional challenges, and guiding clients towards resilience and well-being.
