How we see ourselves affects the way we see and interact with others in our work, family, school, and community. Self-image issues can look like having too high or too low of an evaluation of yourself. Many people struggle with shame and the feeling of not being good enough, and often times these people feel that others regularly take advantage of them, or they feel that they do not deserve to succeed. We believe that each person is created with gifts and abilities, and while none of us is perfect, we need to understand ourselves as gifted and loved.
