Depression goes beyond just feeling “down” and can include loss of interest in things that you used to enjoy, overwhelming feelings of sadness, worthlessness, hopelessness, or helplessness. Some people may also experience feelings of irritability or anger. Depression may include thoughts of suicide or just wishing you were dead. Our therapists provide counseling for depression and referrals for medication services, when needed.
