We feel when we listen to our favorite musicians sing in the Ryman Auditorium, when we watch the Tennessee Titans take the field on Sunday afternoons, when we’re stuck in traffic during our morning commute, and when we come home to see our families. This May, we are partnering with our strategic alliances in the community to bring an interactive mental health awareness campaign. The #NashvilleMood wall is getting the conversation started about destigmatizing mental health, raising awareness about the prevalence of mental illness, and providing communities in Middle Tennessee with information about where they can receive quality, affordable mental health services.

Each wall holds 21 different emotion word stickers – including words like joyful, stressed, exhausted, thankful, and hopeful – for people to take and literally “wear their emotions.” Visit one of our mood walls and take a sticker from the wall that describes how you are feeling today. We want you to know that it is okay to feel. Everybody does it.
